Your First Visit

Please arrive about 10 minutes early so you have enough time to fill out a New Patient Form. 

Initial Examination

Your dentist begins by reviewing your medical and dental histories and conducting a thorough dental examination. Your examination consists of your dentist checking your gums, teeth, bite, and jaw, as well as an oral cancer screening and any necessary x-rays.

Treatment Plan

Your dentist will create a long-term dental treatment plan based on your medical history and examination. Additionally, your dentist will take time to address any concerns you may have regarding your dental health and treatment options.

• How can I book an appointment?

  To book an appointment at Aspen Dental, please contact our office during regular business hours.

• How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?

  To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call us at (306) 692-4050 ext. 1 for Dr. Mullen or (306) 692-4050 ext. 2 for Dr. Geradts . Please let us know about any change of plans as soon as you can, so we can offer the space in our schedule to another patient.

• Do you offer appointment reminders?

  In the days before your appointment, you will receive automated phone, text, or email appointment reminders from us. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call us at (306) 692-4050 ext. 1 for Dr. Mullen or (306) 692-4050 ext. 2 for Dr. Geradts as soon as possible to let us know.

• Do you provide services in any language other than English?

  No, our office is able only to provide service in English.

• Does your clinic have on-site parking?

  Yes, we have free on-site parking available for all our patients. We are also easily accessible by public transit. 

Insurance & Financing

At Aspen Dental, we'll guide you through our options for payment, direct billing to insurance companies and financing so you can focus on getting the dental care you need.

  We can bill your insurance company directly, and our administrative staff will gladly assist you in better understanding your insurance plan.

• Payment Methods

  Payment in full for your treatment must be made at the time of your appointment. We accept cash, debit cards, and most major credit cards.
